AVANTI Windows & Doors as leading manufacturer and installation contractor of vinyl window and door systems throughout the South & Southwest， knew to reach out to SOFTSOLUTION when the time for quality inspection at their new Erdman IG line came up. Avanti already uses a LineScanner on another one of their Erdman lines for patio doors. 
 

The new， recently installed LineScanner provides Avanti with an automatic， reliable way of inspecting glass without the need of an operator. This is a first-of-its-kind line for Erdman that allows AVANTI to produce IG units using duraseal spacer at a high rate of speed. This new line can produce standard rectangular units as well as shapes.

Avanti produces and installs windows for single-family homebuilders， within the Phoenix， Prescott， Tucson， Las Vegas， Dallas-Fort Worth， Austin， San Antonio， Fresno， and Sacramento markets. Avanti sets the standard for providing window products and installation services for the Big Builder customer. Avanti is listed as Arizona’s 11th largest manufacturing employer in 2021 and 14th in 2020 by the Phoenix Business Journal. Fuyao Glass Amerca - based in Dayton， Ohio (U.S.) - installed the SOFTSOLUTION CulletScanner in February 2021 to perform automatic fragmantation tests for automotive lites. The CulletScanner is a consistent and reliable way to find the largest cullets， the areas with the highest and lowest cullet counts， and more by testing the results wihtin accordance of insustry standards (i.e. ECE R42).

By using the software for automotive glass， all tests at Fuyao are subsequently evaluated and stored. A certificate printout lists the results of the break test including all analyzed areas， the norm used for the test， and other included information.
